About the role
We are looking for a reliable Cashier / Dispatcher to join our restaurant team in Mansourieh. You will handle payments, manage takeaway and delivery orders, and coordinate closely with the kitchen and delivery staff to ensure smooth service.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash, card and other payment transactions accurately.
- Take customer orders in‑store, by phone and through delivery apps.
- Dispatch and coordinate takeaway and delivery orders efficiently.
- Maintain high customer service standards and ensure orders are correct and on time.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with kitchen and delivery teams to guarantee seamless service.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier, dispatcher or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable, organized and detail‑oriented.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
- Basic computer skills.
