About the role
The Cash Collector is responsible for managing the collection of client dues and ensuring timely follow‑up. This part‑time position supports the finance team in maintaining accurate cash flow records.
Key responsibilities
- Collect client payments and reconcile daily cash receipts.
- Deliver statements, credit notes, invoices, and delivery notes to clients and submit signed copies to the Collection Coordinator.
- Report counter readings and any client issues to the Account Manager or Collection Coordinator.
- Assist customers with account queries and coordinate with the relevant Account Manager.
- Handle customer claims and create complaint tasks when appropriate.
- Respond to ad‑hoc requests promptly.
Required profile
- Lebanese or Technical Baccalaureate (BT) education.
- Fluent in spoken and written Arabic with basic foreign language knowledge.
- Honest, trustworthy, and attentive.
- Good customer service skills.
- Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Familiarity with the functionality of PDAs.
