Care Advisor

About the role

The Care Advisor provides high‑quality telephone support to clients and medical providers, handling inquiries about authorization status, product eligibility and service details. The role ensures calls are answered within set benchmarks while delivering empathetic and accurate information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly, following standard scripts and procedures.
• Inform clients and medical providers about authorization status, card eligibility and network options.
• Build customer‑oriented focus by delivering quality resolutions and personalized service.
• Document interactions, complete paperwork and liaise with internal departments.
• Report complaints and communication issues to supervisors and managers.
• Suggest process improvements and support special assignments as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper data governance while using AI, machine‑learning, data‑analytics and cloud‑based tools.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree.
• 1‑2 years experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment; healthcare or TPA exposure is a plus.
• Physically fit for the duties and legally permitted to work in the country of operation.
• Fluency in Arabic, English and French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong internet navigation and research abilities.
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, data analytics and cloud‑based tools.
