About the role

Clear Earth LLC is seeking a remote Solar Appointment Setter to connect prospective residential and commercial customers with our solar specialists. The position is contract‑based and focuses on proactive outreach, qualification, and scheduling of sales consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads via phone, email, and digital channels to introduce Clear Earth’s solar solutions.
• Qualify prospects, explain basic solar benefits, and capture interest.
• Schedule appointments for sales consultations and ensure accurate handoff to the sales team.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in the company CRM or tracking tools.
• Follow up with interested prospects and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales support.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or customer‑service training is a plus.
• Basic understanding of solar energy or willingness to learn industry fundamentals.
