About the role

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and live‑chat conversations.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate services, and process bookings, payments, refunds, and account updates.
• Resolve problems and complaints, keeping customers confident and calm.
• Track feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of communication processes.
• Collaborate with CX, sales, and tech teams to make conversations smarter and faster.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with clear communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset and solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple chats or calls simultaneously without losing focus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends when needed.
• Fresh graduates and early‑career candidates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Experience with call‑center tools or CRM systems (Ziwo is a plus, not mandatory).
