About the role

Join maids.cc as the voice of the company, helping customers through calls, WhatsApp and chat. You will turn confusion into clarity while delivering smooth, professional interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and chat conversations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right service.
• Resolve problems, manage complaints and keep customers calm.
• Process bookings, payments, refunds and account updates.
• Track customer feedback and help improve communication.
• Collaborate with CX, sales and tech teams to make conversations smarter and faster.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Clear communication and ability to explain things simply.
• Customer‑first mindset with good problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple chats/calls without losing focus.
• Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends if needed.
• Fresh graduates and early‑career candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Experience with call‑center tools or CRM systems (Ziwo is a plus).
• Familiarity with general CRM or call‑center software.
