Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to support MSE’s growth by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals and ensuring timely delivery. You will work closely with consultants, partners and senior stakeholders to keep our pipeline robust and our tender submissions high‑quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor industry platforms, client portals and partnership channels to capture relevant project leads and maintain an up‑to‑date opportunity tracker.
• Assess incoming leads against strategic criteria and prioritize them for further action.
• Prepare proposal inputs such as CV slides, firm qualifications, project references and capability overviews, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Consolidate tender submissions, guarantee on‑time delivery and follow up on post‑submission inquiries.
• Contribute to a growing library of proposal templates and slide decks, ensuring materials are current across all service lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, proposals or operations, preferably within consulting or professional services.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proactive, self‑starter mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
