Business Development & Marketing Associate (Remote, UAE Hours)

About the role

We Are The Brand is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Associate to work remotely from Lebanon while aligning with UAE working hours. You will collaborate directly with the founder, gaining hands‑on experience across both commercial and execution aspects of a modern agency.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business, client and partnership opportunities.
• Support lead generation and business development activities.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks and client presentations.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning through delivery.
• Maintain campaign trackers, reports, meeting notes and client updates.
• Assist with social media execution, community management and performance reporting.
• Help organise brand launches, events and activations.
• Work closely with the founder on strategic and day‑to‑day priorities.

Required profile

• Based in Lebanon and able to work on UAE working hours.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, creators and partners.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
