Business Development & Client Acquisition Representative (Remote, US Market)

About the role

AccuFin Services is seeking a motivated Business Development & Client Acquisition Representative to expand its U.S. client base. Working remotely, you will focus on small and medium‑size businesses, primarily in Michigan, to introduce the firm’s accounting and tax solutions and schedule meetings for the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses across the United States, with an emphasis on Michigan.
• Present AccuFin’s bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and advisory services to prospects.
• Identify client needs, qualify leads, and book appointments for senior staff.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including call notes and lead status.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and scheduled meetings.
• Represent AccuFin professionally and build trust with decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English (required).
• Fluent Arabic (required); Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, business development, or customer service.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with business owners, executives, and decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
