Business Development Associate

About the role

Local Host, a proptech hospitality company, is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to help expand its property portfolio in Beirut. You will identify new property partners, generate leads, and build lasting relationships with owners, agents, and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach property owners, real estate agents, and developers to grow the portfolio.
• Generate qualified leads through market research, outreach, and networking.
• Maintain regular communication and follow‑ups with property owners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts with senior team support.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and design teams for smooth onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
• Keep accurate CRM records and report progress regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Engineering, or related field.
• Background in business development, sales, or project management.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and research abilities.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
