Brand & Business Manager

About the role

Sarah's Bag, a Lebanese fashion house founded in Beirut in 2000 and known for hand-beaded clutches and evening bags, is looking for a Brand & Business Manager. The role runs the commercial and operational side of the house, from collection planning and production to stock, retail and wholesale, working closely with the founders to turn the brand's vision into seasonal plans.

Key responsibilities

• Turn the commercial strategy into sales plans and targets, track performance across boutique, e-commerce and wholesale, and work with the Finance Manager on pricing, margins and forecasts
• Plan timelines and quantities with the Creative Director and production team, own the yearly collection and production calendar, and feed commercial insight into the next collection
• Allocate stock across channels, monitor sell-through and turnover, and manage end-of-line pieces, sample sales and clearance
• Lead the boutique manager and team, uphold client experience and visual merchandising, and align with e-commerce on availability and launches
• Manage existing retail partners and assess new distribution opportunities, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, while protecting the direct-to-consumer business
• Coordinate operations across retail, production and e-commerce, streamline workflows and ensure business continuity

Required profile

• 4+ years in luxury or fashion retail management, ideally with a brand that designs and produces its own collections
• Fluent English and Arabic; French is a plus
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and composed under pressure, with a real feel for craftsmanship and luxury
