Automotive Sales Consultant

About the role

Fakhoury Motors is seeking a full‑time Automotive Sales Consultant to join its Beirut showroom. The consultant will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through the selection of luxury and armored vehicles and bespoke customization options.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person consultations and present vehicle features and benefits.
• Arrange and accompany test drives, ensuring a premium client experience.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with tuning and armoring teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up post‑delivery to guarantee satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Contribute to showroom presentation and stay updated on product launches, industry trends, and customization capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on long‑term relationship building.
• Excellent communication and consulting abilities to understand client needs.
• Knowledge of the luxury and armored automotive sector and a genuine interest in performance and customization.
• Proven experience in automotive or high‑end retail sales, with solid negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Professional appearance, ability to work on‑site in a showroom, and fluency in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
