About the role
The Mid-Level Associate Lawyer position offers a dynamic environment for legal professionals eager to deepen their expertise in M&A, corporate and commercial law. You will join a collaborative team and work closely with senior lawyers on complex transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts.
- Conduct thorough due‑diligence exercises for M&A deals.
- Perform legal research and analysis on corporate matters.
- Support senior lawyers on complex M&A transactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Bar qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
- M&A experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Required skills
- Strong drafting ability for contracts and legal documents.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
