About the role
The Area Sales Manager will cover the Beirut region up to Saida, promoting and selling construction products to contractors and developers. You will be the primary point of contact for generating new business, presenting solutions and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new leads using the company database and on‑site research of construction sites.
- Conduct cold calls and face‑to‑face visits to prospects and existing customers.
- Collect project drawings, prepare accurate quotations and support sales engineers in drafting proposals.
- Apply a consultative sales approach to match client needs with the appropriate products.
- Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure post‑sale follow‑up.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conventions and industry events.
Required profile
- 2–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction or related markets.
- Strong outdoor and field‑work orientation.
- Fluent English; additional market knowledge of Lebanon’s construction sector is a plus.
