Agency Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Agency Manager to lead and grow our sales teams at the Ghazir office. Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and retain agents and unit managers for the Life Insurance division.
• Lead high‑performing sales teams, set and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Provide hands‑on coaching, training and regular performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, ethics and industry regulations.
• Drive team performance through strategic planning and motivation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of surpassing sales targets.
• Exceptional ability to recruit, motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for mentoring talent.
• Insurance background is not required.
