About the role
We are seeking an Accountant to support our accounting team with day‑to‑day financial operations, including invoicing, collections, and data entry. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records and preparing regular budget and performance reports.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and issue client invoices accurately and on time.
- Assist in scheduling collections to ensure timely receipt of funds.
- Perform data‑entry tasks with high accuracy and maintain organized transaction records for auditing.
- Collaborate with team members on various accounting tasks as needed.
- Update bi‑weekly sales budgets and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare quarterly job reports reflecting job markup and budget vs. actual performance for each office.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven accounting experience.
- Detail‑oriented with focused thinking.
- Serious and dedicated attitude.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
