Account Executive – Insurance Portfolio Management

About the role

The Account Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of insurance clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding prospects through onboarding, needs assessment, and proposal preparation while ensuring alignment with ROCK’s product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and conduct comprehensive needs assessments.
• Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and coverage options.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients, handling policy renewals, endorsements, and claims‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with underwriting and claims teams to guarantee accurate policy administration.
• Provide timely, professional support for client questions and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with brokers, agents, and clients.
• Strong multitasking ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Proven experience handling inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
• Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with brokers and agents.
