About the role
The Waitress is responsible for delivering a high‑quality dining experience by taking and upselling orders, guiding runners, and ensuring service standards are met. This role requires close collaboration with kitchen staff, baristas, and other team members to guarantee smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange table set‑ups before and after each customer according to brand standards.
- Greet guests, present menus, assist with item selection, take orders, and apply upselling techniques.
- Serve food promptly and communicate efficiently with kitchen and barista teams.
- Monitor staff to ensure friendly, professional, and timely service; report any discrepancies or complaints to the manager on duty.
- Collect bill payments from customers and hand them over to the cashier.
Required profile
- High School Degree.
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or a similar hospitality role.
- Fluency in English.
