Video & Digital Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Video & Digital Editor to join our Beirut‑based agency. The successful candidate will transform raw footage, interviews and event coverage into engaging, platform‑ready videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form and long‑form video content for social media, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, interviews, event recaps and corporate videos.
• Adapt raw footage into well‑paced cuts optimized for each platform and create multiple format versions (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9).
• Add subtitles, captions, text overlays, transitions, graphics, music and sound effects as needed.
• Apply basic motion graphics, color correction, audio enhancement and visual cleanup.
• Select the strongest footage, identify hooks and highlights, and incorporate feedback from designers, copywriters and clients.
• Maintain organized project files and manage several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing video for a digital agency, social media team or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of social‑media trends, formats and pacing.
• Excellent eye for composition, typography and storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple revisions and follow brand guidelines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
