UX/UI Designer (Conversion Rate Optimization)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, data‑driven growth marketing agency as a key member of the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) department. You will shape how prospects experience our clients' digital properties, from the first click to the final conversion, with a focus on high‑performing landing pages.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise conversion‑focused landing pages for specific campaigns and audience segments.
• Apply UX best practices—hierarchy, CTA placement, form design, trust signals—to maximise conversion rates.
• Build and maintain pages across Unbounce, HubSpot, Squarespace and other CMS platforms, ensuring pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Create reusable design components and tokens, and adapt RTL layouts for Arabic‑first experiences.
• Write clean HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript or platform‑specific scripts for custom interactions.
• Conduct lightweight user research, wireframes, low‑fi prototypes and usability testing in Figma.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system across web, email and ad assets.
• Monitor page performance metrics and provide monthly design performance reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience with a performance‑oriented focus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑converting digital experiences.
• Ability to work independently, iterate quickly and base decisions on data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, prototyping, design systems).
• Hands‑on experience with at least two page‑builder platforms (Unbounce, HubSpot, Squarespace).
• HTML and CSS coding skills.
• Basic JavaScript or platform‑specific scripting knowledge.
