UI/UX Designer

About the role

Africell is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join its Beirut Connect Hub. You will create modern, user‑friendly interfaces for mobile apps and web platforms that support Africell’s mission of affordable, fast, and secure connectivity across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Design clean, modern UI for iOS and Android applications.
• Create intuitive dashboards for web platforms and internal telecom systems.
• Develop wireframes, mock‑ups, and high‑fidelity designs using Figma.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.
• Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and adherence to brand and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, developers, and product teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Optimize user journeys based on feedback, usability testing, and performance data.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in telecommunications, fintech, or digital services.
• Proven ability to design mobile‑first, responsive products and self‑care applications.
• Experience with customer onboarding, digital registration, mobile money, e‑commerce, and CRM systems.

Required skills

• Figma (auto‑layout, components, prototyping).
