About the role
Denworld Travel, an IATA‑accredited agency based in Beirut, is seeking a motivated Travel Consultant to join its front‑office team. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end travel solutions for individual and corporate clients, handling everything from flight ticketing to holiday package arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Process flight reservations and issue tickets using global distribution systems.
- Design and sell holiday packages, including hotel bookings and ancillary services.
- Provide high‑quality customer service, addressing inquiries, changes, and complaints.
- Promote additional travel products and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the booking system and ensure compliance with IATA regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in flight reservations, ticketing, and holiday package sales.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive sales attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Amadeus GDS.
- Proficiency with Sabre GDS.
