Telesales Consultant

About the role

Exclusive Management is seeking a motivated Telesales Consultant to join its on‑site team in Dekwaneh. In this full‑time position you will engage with customers through outbound and inbound calls, present the company’s products and services, and close sales while upholding professional and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate and qualify leads.
• Present product features, understand customer needs, and negotiate to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, provide post‑call support, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with teammates, participate in regular training sessions, and share feedback to improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional call handling.
• Customer‑service mindset focused on building trust and resolving concerns.
