About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join our team in Lebanon. The role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in sales and earn a competitive salary while receiving comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell our products to prospective customers over the phone.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
- Generate qualified sales leads through outbound calls.
- Close sales deals and achieve assigned targets.
Required profile
- High‑school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Coachable and motivated with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
