About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Agent to join our team in Lebanon. The role is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in sales and develop professional communication skills while earning a competitive salary.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products over the phone.
- Represent the company’s brand professionally in all customer interactions.
- Generate new sales leads through outbound calls.
- Close sales deals and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
Required profile
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Coachable and motivated to learn.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
