Technical Agricultural Engineer

About the role

Antagro is looking for an experienced Technical Agricultural Engineer to lead vegetable seed trials across Lebanon. You will work directly with farmers and agri‑pharmacies, ensuring our seed products are correctly applied and positioned in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to farms to monitor and support vegetable seed trials.
• Oversee trial stations and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Provide hands‑on technical advice to farmers for optimal product use.
• Visit agri‑pharmacies to follow up on sales and support marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and pharmacy owners.
• Collect field data, write detailed reports on seed performance, and relay feedback.
• Facilitate connections between farmers and agri‑pharmacies to promote Antagro’s products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a field agricultural engineer.
• Strong knowledge of vegetable seeds, seed varieties and crop behavior.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Lebanon and a valid driver’s license.
