Team Leader – Restaurant

About the role

Bros Naccache is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations at its restaurant in Naccache, Lebanon. You will be responsible for guiding a front‑of‑house team, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining a smooth, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and develop a team of service staff.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Manage shift schedules, attendance and performance metrics.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to optimize workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team‑leader role.
• Background in food & beverage, hospitality or retail environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organised, responsible and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
