Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent that aligns with the organization’s goals and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned vacancies, from sourcing to job offer preparation.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, and administer pre‑employment assessments where needed.
• Oversee reference checks and ensure a positive, transparent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers, providing updates on recruitment progress and timelines.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience) and keep recruitment trackers and reports up to date.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hires during their probation period.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in all hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, recruitment best practices, and local employment laws.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
