Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for both back‑office and front‑office positions, ensuring a smooth hiring experience and compliance with internal policies. The role also supports HR initiatives such as policy development and compensation & benefits activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates via databases, social media, agencies, job fairs and referrals to extending offers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks, offer letters and documentation flow.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate data in the HRIS, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Monitor and report recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, conversion rates and pipeline health.
• Identify recruitment challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, job descriptions and other initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR Management (Master’s a plus).
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting workflows.
• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits is a plus.

• HR Information System (HRIS) proficiency.
