Systems & Cybersecurity Administrator

About the role

MG Holding is seeking a Systems & Cybersecurity Administrator to take ownership of the Group’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and PowerShell scripting.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange/Outlook, Azure services and Hyper‑V virtualization, providing basic SQL support.
• Configure and maintain Cisco networking components, including VLANs, VPNs, switching, routing and firewall/UTM devices.
• Deliver 2nd/3rd‑line support, troubleshoot complex infrastructure and endpoint issues.
• Oversee backup, disaster‑recovery, replication and restore testing processes.
• Operate cybersecurity tools such as EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, email security and firewalls.
• Perform system hardening, patch management, IAM/MFA implementation and privileged‑access reviews.
• Support incident response for malware, ransomware, phishing and suspicious activities.
• Assist with compliance to ISO/IEC 27001, NIST SP 800‑171 and CMMC Level 2, providing technical evidence for audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on systems/network administration with cybersecurity duties; 3 years preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English; French is a plus.
• Ability to travel to Group sites and provide occasional after‑hours support.
