Subscriptions Growth Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Subscriptions Growth Executive to drive subscriber acquisition, retention and revenue growth through data‑driven marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns aimed at subscriber growth and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and creative teams to optimise conversion and retention rates.
• Partner with CRM and performance‑marketing teams to enhance user acquisition and lifecycle engagement.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery from ideation to briefing, asset creation and dashboard tracking.
• Monitor, test and optimise campaigns, A/B experiments, paywall pricing and in‑app messaging.
• Analyse funnel metrics, identify friction points and refine key conversion touchpoints.
• Maintain marketing calendars and plan future activities.
• Build performance reports using internal and external analytics tools.
• Define audience segmentation for targeted campaigns.
• Recommend enhancements based on market research and campaign insights.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently in a cross‑functional environment.
• Experience managing online campaigns and CRM workflows (Braze a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or SQL.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute tasks ranging from email programming to quick design tweaks.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
