Storekeeper & Inventory Systems Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized Storekeeper & Inventory Systems Coordinator to join our luxury fashion retail team in Beirut. The role blends traditional stock and warehouse management with hands‑on use of inventory software and basic programming support.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store incoming merchandise.
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records.
• Process stock transfers between stores and the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for replenishment and customer requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts and support monthly/annual inventories.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
• Generate inventory and movement reports using Excel and company systems.
• Support barcode, POS, and inventory management systems.
• Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, scanner, and system issues.
• Use programming knowledge to automate reports and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• BT or TS in Computer Science, IT, Programming or related field.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounting teams.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
