Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

CIS Group, an ICT company located in Jal El Dib, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join its dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations to customers and process purchase orders.
• Submit purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on confirmations.
• Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure timely shipments.
• Review packing lists for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate supplier invoices.
• Coordinate pre‑shipment inspections with inspection agencies.
• Verify shipping documents from suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Provide shipping instructions to freight forwarders.
• Prepare sales invoices and shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and related documents.
• Proactively resolve supply chain issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken).
