About the role
We are seeking a Stock Controller to oversee inventory and stock movements across our resort and associated venues, ensuring accurate records and supporting cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stock movements, orders, deliveries and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Verify deliveries, purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Maintain organized and secure stock rooms.
- Prepare stock, consumption and inventory reports.
- Monitor variances and support cost control initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads and the Finance team.
- Prepare daily sales and cash reconciliations.
- Assist with invoice verification, month‑end inventory and financial reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Supply Chain.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, trustworthy and discreet.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with inventory/POS systems such as Omega or similar.
