Full-time Waiter – Fast-Casual Restaurant

About the role

Husk Beirut is seeking a full‑time waiter to join its fast‑casual restaurant team in Beirut. The role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service while upholding the restaurant’s high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and answer questions about dishes.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve orders promptly and check on guests’ needs throughout their visit.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized and properly set before and after service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to synchronize order preparation.
• Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the dining area.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Effective communication in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic numeracy and cash‑handling abilities, including POS system use.
• Ability to work on foot for extended periods and carry trays safely.
• Attention to detail and solid time‑management to handle multiple tables.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support kitchen and fellow staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, though motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.
