SPA Receptionist

About the role

Reporting to the Leisure Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the Spa and Fitness Centre. You will warmly welcome and farewell spa clients, hotel guests, and gym members, creating a lasting first impression and ensuring every interaction feels personal and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Assist all visitors to the Spa and fitness centre, delivering an exceptional guest service experience.
• Manage inquiries and treatment bookings efficiently.
• Upsell products and services, providing tailored solutions to meet guest needs.
• Maintain immaculate standards across the outlet, including gym, pool areas, and treatment rooms.
• Anticipate guest needs and support smooth operation of facilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a guest‑service, beauty or fitness environment.
• Exceptional personal presentation.
• Articulate communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work rostered shifts across a 7‑day schedule, including early mornings.
