Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will supervise and coordinate engineering and construction activities across Daher Foods' production facilities. The role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with technical specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, monitor contractors and suppliers, and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, material submittals and provide technical guidance to resolve on‑site issues.
• Conduct routine site inspections, monitor testing and commissioning, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, maintenance and project teams to minimise operational disruptions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to supervise construction activities and manage site teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications and construction standards.
• Experience in quality assurance and HSE compliance within an industrial environment.
