Site Engineer / Architect

About the role

Division9 is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer/Architect to join its on‑site team. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that projects meet high quality, design, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily progress reports and weekly summaries for internal tracking and client presentation, including photos and updated schedules.
• Develop, update, and monitor the project time schedule; coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Receive and hand over trade‑by‑trade works from subcontractors, ensuring proper completion before acceptance.
• Supervise site activities, conduct regular inspections, and enforce compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Escalate delays or emergencies to management and manage subcontractor performance against contractual obligations.
• Submit method statements, review shop drawings, and coordinate inspections and approvals with authorities.
• Organize site logistics, maintain drawing archives, and manage purchase orders and material procurement.
• Document site decisions, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and track follow‑up actions.
• Oversee quantity surveying activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and support team collaboration.
