Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team. You will create intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional experiences for both web and mobile platforms, aligning design decisions with business goals and user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Conduct UX research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
• Translate business requirements and user insights into effective design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Produce developer‑ready design specifications, measurements, and interaction guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across all screens, devices, and touchpoints.
• Optimize user journeys and workflows to improve usability and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Experience creating design systems, component‑based designs, and detailed design documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
