As a Structural Draftsman, you will play a pivotal role in transforming architectural visions into technical realities, contributing to high-end residential projects in Lebanon and the UAE that blend elegance with timeless beauty.

Missions principales

• Prepare highly detailed structural drawings, including comprehensive plans, sections, and construction details.
• Develop precise shop drawings for reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Coordinate seamlessly with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to ensure design integrity.
• Perform rigorous revisions of drawings following design changes to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure all technical documentation complies with applicable industry standards and project specifications.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Structural Draftsman, ideally within the luxury residential or high-end real estate sector.
• Strong technical background in reinforced concrete and steel construction methods.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision in technical documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment (Architects, Engineers, MEP).

Competences requises

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and structural modeling software.
• Deep understanding of structural engineering principles and construction detailing.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting complex architectural and engineering blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of international building codes and structural standards.
