As the Work Control Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of our physical facilities. You will lead the Work Control Unit (WCU) to guarantee seamless service delivery, strict adherence to SLAs, and high levels of client satisfaction within a dynamic university environment.

Missions principales

• Operational Supervision: Oversee the planning, coordination, and workflow control of the physical facilities service to meet organizational objectives.
• Team & Helpdesk Management: Lead the WCU staff and helpdesk support, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Service Quality & Reporting: Monitor client satisfaction, resolve complex issues, and assist the Director in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintenance & Facility Coordination: Coordinate maintenance activities (including subcontractors), manage emergency requests, and oversee campus signage updates.
• Administrative & Access Control: Manage key distribution and access control, handle petty cash, coordinate with administration for invoicing, and maintain meticulous archives.
• Project Support: Receive and disseminate documentation related to capital and renovation projects, ensuring smooth inter-departmental processes.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in facilities management, operations coordination, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and mentor diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and emergency situations effectively.
• Proficiency in data collection and reporting for performance monitoring.
