Senior Site Engineer

About the role

Kronfol Homes is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead on‑site construction activities for its high‑quality residential projects in Beirut. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to oversee complex builds, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on‑site construction activities to meet time, scope, and budget targets.
• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Develop and implement detailed project schedules, monitoring milestones and adjusting plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and allocation of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards and specifications.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and change orders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in construction site management or a comparable leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
