Maintenance Foreman – Residential Properties

About the role

The Maintenance Foreman will lead daily maintenance activities across private residential properties in Beirut and Metn. This role ensures that all repairs and preventive tasks are performed safely, promptly, and to a high standard while minimizing disruption to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Assign tasks and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors on site.
• Inspect properties, identify faults, and report material and repair needs.
• Carry out or oversee civil, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance within qualification limits.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and verify completed work.
• Escalate major faults and safety concerns to the Maintenance Engineer or property manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of hands‑on maintenance experience covering civil, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Proven experience supervising a maintenance crew in private homes or residential settings.
• Strong practical troubleshooting, organization, and communication abilities.
• Ability to commute between multiple properties in Beirut and Metn.
