Senior Project Manager – Transformation Programme

About the role

You will act as the operational anchor for a high‑stakes transformation programme at a major UAE bank. The role requires you to keep timelines, stakeholders and workstreams on track while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and resistance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end programme plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and reporting.
• Lead client‑facing project governance – status calls, steering‑committee preparation and follow‑through.
• Navigate and align senior stakeholders from marketing, IT, procurement and the C‑suite, often simultaneously.
• Protect scope by documenting change requests, flagging commercial implications and enforcing agreed boundaries.
• Synchronise internal strategy, design and technology teams to a shared delivery cadence.
• Produce clean client‑facing deliverables such as status reports, decision logs, risk registers and milestone trackers.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of project or programme management experience in consulting, digital transformation or agency environments.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder clients, including senior IT and business leaders.
• Ability to hold difficult conversations while preserving relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear documentation and tight meeting facilitation.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with MarTech delivery programmes.
• Experience with CRM implementation.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled solutions.
• Understanding of digital transformation initiatives.
