Senior Human Resources Manager (8+ Years Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support the continued growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring at least eight years of progressive HR experience, especially in payroll, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and off‑boarding.
• Manage and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Lead employee‑relations matters, including disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and investigations.
• Design and implement performance‑management and employee‑development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
• Partner with department managers on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Maintain confidential HR records, reports, and documentation.
• Drive employee‑engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or food‑production environments is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HRIS/payroll systems.
