Join a leading international humanitarian organization in a high-impact leadership role. As the Head of Base/Programme Manager for the Mount Lebanon and Bekaa regions, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating emergency responses and long-term development programs for populations affected by conflict and socio-economic crises.

Missions principales

• Program Management: Oversee the full project cycle (PCM) for the BML and Bekaa portfolio, ensuring all objectives and results are achieved according to international standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including Project Managers, Protection Leads, MEAL Officers, and Security Officers.
• Strategic Oversight: Act as a member of the Senior Management Team to contribute to strategic decision-making and organizational growth.
• Resource Mobilization: Identify new funding opportunities and support the development of high-quality technical proposals.
• Operations & Compliance: Manage the financial, administrative, and security aspects of the base, ensuring strict adherence to humanitarian principles and donor regulations.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in humanitarian program management, ideally in complex emergency settings.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, multi-sectoral teams (Protection, MEAL, Logistics).
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets and complex administrative processes.
• Exceptional ability to work under pressure in volatile security environments.
• Strategic mindset with a track record in business development and donor relations.
