Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Deputy Lead)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to act as the technical anchor and deputy lead for a US‑based health‑tech platform. You will own architecture and delivery across a Node.js/React web stack while collaborating with a small, senior AI‑augmented team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture decisions for Node/Express, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL on AWS.
• Build core features such as payments integration, pricing engine, multi‑tenant white‑label storefronts, and provider/fulfillment connectors.
• Deputize for the CTO: manage day‑to‑day delivery, unblock blockers, and lead code reviews.
• Oversee production infrastructure part‑time, including AWS, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and HIPAA security posture.
• Lead the upcoming React Native mobile app effort.
• Review AI‑generated code to maintain quality and security standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with deep expertise in React, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills, including complex queries, schema design and migrations.
• Hands‑on experience with payments systems and multi‑tenant SaaS architectures.
• Proficient in AWS services and CI/CD tooling.
• Excellent code‑review judgment and ability to own architecture independently.
• Fluent English and availability to work overlapping US hours.

What we offer

• Base salary of $5,000 USD per month, paid in fresh USD.
