About the Position
Join a prestigious leader in the insurance industry! Securite Assurance, a pioneer since 1955, is looking for a dedicated and professional Call Center Operator to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by providing top-tier support to our valued clients.
Main Missions
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address and resolve client inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Ensure rapid follow-up and resolution of all customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure requests are processed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the company database.
- Strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and service quality standards.
Profile Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar call center or customer service role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
