About the role
Our client in Lebanon is seeking a Senior Audit Manager with banking experience to oversee and coordinate audit activities across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain audit procedures to incorporate best practices and address specific risk management areas.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential financial losses due to fraud or asset mismanagement.
- Review financial records, statements, and other documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and projections to support planning of future business activities.
- Coordinate with external parties such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, lenders, investors, or regulators.
Required profile
- Strong finance‑based analytical skills.
- Minimum 10 years of external audit experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm.
- CPA and CIA certifications are a major plus.
