Senior Architect – Team Lead (Beirut)

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead our Beirut team at LGS Precast. In this senior position you will own projects from concept through construction documentation, guide junior staff and ensure design excellence across our precast concrete solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for commercial, residential and mixed‑use projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and client relationships.
- Mentor and direct junior architects and drafters.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and civil consultants.
- Oversee permit submissions and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive quality control across all deliverables.
Required profile
- Licensed Architect with at least 8 years of experience, including team leadership.
- Strong portfolio covering commercial, residential and civic building typologies.
- Experience with Middle‑East permitting and construction norms.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, consultants and internal teams.
- Proactive ownership and high standards of work.
